She was predeceased by: her parents, Nellie Cook and Hugh Cook. She is survived by: her siblings, Jerry, Edward, Madeline and Shirley; her husband Kenneth Lacy; her siblings, Clifford of Surrey, B. C., Earnest of Brantford, ON, Randy (Inez) of Corner Brook, NL., Annette Lawless (Jerry) of Scarborough, ON, Joan Sisk (William) of Murrells Inlet, SC and Marilyn DesBarres (Jim) of Southampton, NS.; and her friend Debbie Forrester.
