She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Rice and Jeanne Rice. She is survived by: her husband Allan Bell; her siblings, John Rice (Debbie), Dorothy LaCourse (Steve) and Kenneth; her stepchildren, Karen Ann Larocque (Paul) and Terry Lynn Evans (Jeff); her grandchildren, Austin, Annalise and Lexy; and her nieces and nephews, Daryll (Jodi), Jim (Geraldine), Scott, Christopher (Shannon) and Russell. She is also survived by her family and friends.
