He is survived by: his spouse Bonnie; his children, Courtney and Adam (Katie); his parent Lee Lyons; his parent-in-law Elva Avery; his siblings, Jim (Marilyn), Jane Bennett (Rick) and Karen Kelly (Randy); and his siblings-in-law, Danny Avery (Evie), Glynnice Cappellani (Danny), Jeff Avery (Patti) and Keith Avery (Anne).
