He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wallace and Georgina Wallace; and his siblings, Robert (late Edna), Margaret Mills (late Russell), Verdun Chalmers (late Robert) and Ronald (Barbara).

He is survived by: his children, Sheryl (Marion), Jim, Raymond (Claudette) and Kevin; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Michael and Willy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions (payable by cheque) to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated.
