He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughters, Maureen Hollingsworth (Scott) and Marianne Vanderburg (Jamie); his grandchildren, Amanda Hollingsworth (Stephan Imbeau), Brittany Hollingsworth and Bryce Vanderburg; his brothers, Dennis (Ann), Brian (Wendy), Melvin (Debbie) and Phillip (Cathy); and his siblings-in-law, Jim Gordon (Natalie) and Linda Stone.
