He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Agawa and Lucille Agawa. He is survived by: his wife Diane Agawa; his children, Rachel (Stacey), Stephenie (Shawn), Candy (Willy), Walter Jr. (Ang), Darcy, Laura and Theresa; and his siblings, Myrtle (Bill), Pearl (John), Karl, Roger (Chickie), Clayton, Gordie (Ena), Eleanor (late Alex), Margret and Lena (late Joseph). He is also survived by Papa to his many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions (payable by cheque or online) to the Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
