He is survived by: his mother Michelle Otis; his siblings, Cassidy Grégoire and Kyle Grégoire (family: Mark, Alysa, Isaac Belsito); his grandparents, Yvonne, Jerry Otis and Catherine; his partner Kieran Desjardins; his aunts, Linda Maahs, Christine, Nicole Otis (James), Patricia and Wendy; his uncle Doug Robertson; his cousins, Josh Maahs (Nicole), Dylan Maahs and Maximus Otis; and his pets, Ranger, Duck and Moose.

Memorial donations to the Sick Kids Foundation or the Goulais River Fire & Rescue would be greatly appreciated by the family.
