He was predeceased by: his daughter Angela Nelli (Robert); his great grandchild Peter; his parents, Giovanni Fata and Maria Bossio; his siblings, Pietro Fata (late Paolina), Oreste Fata (Anna), Arturo Fata (late Eugenia) and Giovanni Fata (Lina); and his siblings-in-law, Arturo Pizzuto (late Carmina) and Emilia Fadelbene (late Rosario).
He is survived by: his spouse Checchina (Pizzuto); his children, Maria Rino (Gaspare) and Joe Fata (Camile); his grandchildren, Jane Orazietti (David), Peter Rino (Lisa), Jennifer van der Pol (Christian), Adam Nelli (Darcie), Victor Fata (ZZ) and Matthew Fata (Cameron); his great grandchildren, Olivia (Brandon), Alexander Orazietti, Lexia, Sienna Rino, Chloe, Theo van der Pol and Declan Nelli; his siblings-in-law, Concetta Valente (Giuseppe), Anna Benardo (Giuseppe), Paolo Pizzuto (Angela), Settimio Pizzuto (Emma) and Agostino Pizzuto (Lina); and his nephews, Franca and Armando Pagnotta. He is also survived by cousins, and many friends.
Due to COVID restrictions, a private service will be held.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the SAH or ARCH.
