It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Viola May Mahar (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario), who passed away at the age of 64, on April 10, 2021. She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Mahar; her grandparents, Duncan, Janie Murphy, Suzette and Harry Barrwick; her parents, Curtis Murphy and Helen Murphy; her siblings, Terry Murphy (Debbie), Curtis Murphy (Ruth) and Micheal Murphy; and her siblings-in-law, Danny and Alison.

She is survived by: her children, Susan Murphy (Curtis), Stephanie Deboer (Darryl) and Duncan Mullin; her stepchildren, Mathew Mahar (Krista) and Kyla Mahar; her grandchildren, Brandon, Avery, James, Josiah, Destiny, Ruby-Jewel, Duncan Jr., C. J., Mathew, Constance, Kelsey, Kaelyn and Teagan; her great grandchildren, Justin, Nick, Hannah, Jaxon, Arielle, Mason and Khloe; her brothers, Patrick Murphy (Darlene) and Timmy Murphy (Brenda); her aunts, Helen Taylor (late Merle), Dorothy Murphy (Elburn) and Winnie McKinnon (Curtis); her siblings-in-law, Eddie, Margaret Fralick, Martha Mackenzie, Tommy, Vern and Mike; her granddaughter Leigha; and her friends, Roxanne Gibbs and Thank You. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A Celebration of Viola's Life will be held at Reggie's West on Saturday, July 31, 2021 in the afternoon; COVID restrictions at that time will be followed, the celebration will be rescheduled if required and announced.
