Vincenzo Valela Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vincenzo Valela (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario), who passed away on April 9, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fortunato Valela and Caterina (Bertucci); his parents-in-law, Domenico Rosso and Maria Rosa (Lamantea); and his siblings-in-law, Maria Varano (Giuseppe), Francesco Rosso (Elvira), Domenico Rosso (Concetta) and Giuseppe Rosso (late Rosina).

He is survived by: his wife Caterina (Rosso); his brothers, Francesco (Maria), Antonio and Rocco (Lucia); and his siblings-in-law, Elisabetta Renda (late Vincenzo), Nicola Rosso (Dina), Salvatore Rosso (Caterina) and Rosina Nardi (Vito).

Memorial donations to the Sault Area Hospital Foundation Critical Care Fund would be greatly appreciated by the family.
