We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Vincent Emilio Bernardo (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Vincent, Luigina Bernardo and Noots. He is survived by: his parents, Emilio Bernardo and Rachel Robitaille; his siblings, Shelley Nadeau (Mark), Corey Bernardo (Eduarda) and Olen Bernardo; his nieces and nephews, Nico and Xander Bernardo; and his aunts, Louise Maxwell (late Brian), Theresa Muto (Dennis Turmaine) and Mary Rodenhurst (Mel Vetero).

Memorial donations to the Sault Ste. Marie Humane Society would be greatly appreciated.

“i recently learned about Vincent passing away in February. I was in hospital at the time and it was felt that I could find out when I was well and equipped to handle such sadness. Years ago spent month with Vincent and Shelly and I enjoyed We were by the waters edge just feeding the birds when this frog showed up...and Vincent in one quick sweep, leaned forward and got him as it was jumping around. The smile on that boys' face was so beautiful and bright. Miss you. RIP”

“Dear Uncle Emilio and Corey, and your dear family. Ray and I remember your coming to the Bay to see us, shortly after we were married. Such joyful times. Corey, you will likely recall our visit to see you. I looked for Vincent and regrettably did not find Shelly either. In fact Corey, were you not just going to start High School? These memories are kept for such a time, to remind us of the life we are mourning. This is a sad and difficult time for you especially Corey. I pray for strength”
