He was predeceased by: his parents, Eino Linquist and Linda Linquist; and his siblings-in-law, Lloyd (Della) and Shirley McKay (late Ralph). He is survived by: his significant other Jean; his children, Darren (Mary Ann), Melissa (David) and Darryl (Erin); his grandchildren, Mackenzie (Nick), Tiana (Mohamad), Hanna-Liisa, Taner, Hayden and Reid; his siblings, Miriam (late Reg), Arne (Jackie) and Eila McDonald (late Ralph); and his siblings-in-law, Harry (Francis), Bill (late Gail), Judy Dixon (late John), Sharon Ledyit (Ed) and Don (Jean). He is also survived by many cousins, extended family and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 12th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St E, Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6A2L9). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 12th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
