With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ulpu Marjut Heimonen (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario), who passed away on July 9, 2018 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellen Mirjam Tuomisto and Yrjo Aroluoma; her sibling Tuija Marketta Holtta; and her grandparents, Kiril Aroluoma, Maria Nousukari, Aarne Tuomisto and Lempi Matilda.

She is survived by: her spouse Eino; her children, Petri Heimonen and Harri Heimonen (Bridget); and her grandchildren, Nathan, Jacob, Kye, Lydia, Rachel, Emily, Haley and Hannah. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
