Tony Rizzo Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tony Rizzo (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario), who passed away on December 24, 2020 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Francesco Rizzo and Domenica Rizzo; and his parent-in-law Cesare Gioia. He is survived by: his wife Rose (Gioia); his sons, Frank and Paul; his children-in-law, Jennifer and Keri; his grandchildren, Melina, Tiana and Mikayla Rose; his sisters, Carmela Boschi (late Fiore) and Nella Pellegrino (late Antonio) of Italy; his mother-in-law Louise; his siblings-in-law, Sam Gioia (Eby) and Julia Bitonti (Tony); and his nieces and nephews, Vince (France), Mario (Jen), Tony (Kim), Maurillio (Maria), Tiziana (Elio), Cesare (Sonya), Mark and Nicole.

Due to the current pandemic a private funeral service will be held.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the SAH Cancer Clinic or the Precious Blood Cathedral Journey Fund would be appreciated by the family.
