Thais Claire McMillan Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thais Claire McMillan (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 12, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Thais Claire shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Thais Claire farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her friend Barry McMillan; her parents, Geoffrey Hicks and Isobel Hicks; and her siblings, Howie Hicks (late Dorothy) and Shirley Trotter (late Doug).
She is survived by: her daughter Alexis.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St E, Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6A 2L9). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the same location.
Thais was a supporter of many charities in the Community, as such in lieu of flowers, the Family would ask that donations be made to the charity of your choice.
