He was predeceased by: his parents, Winifred Waite and Victor Waite; and his brother Tony Waite. He is survived by: his significant other Rachelle; his daughter Holly; his sisters, Carol Holmberg (Louis) and Gillian Breen (Stephen); his parents-in-law, Margo and Ray Mousseau; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Mousseau (Carole), Kent Mousseau (Anne) and Tammy Anich (Dave). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
