He was predeceased by: his brother Rodney Myers (Joan). He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia and Donna; his wife Barbara Myers; his sister Jean; his children, Laura, Patti and Terry; and his stepsons, James and John Moore. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, friends.
