She was predeceased by: her husband John Turpin Field (Jack); her parents, Malcolm Smith and Isle of Lewis; and her siblings, Frederick (Stella), John, Malcolm (Kathleen), Irene, Henry, Donald (Lillian) and Sidney.

She is survived by: her sons, John (Lise) and Jim; her grandchildren, Jayne, Mark (Kelley) and Paul (Belinda); and her great grandchildren, Carl, Tannor, Dominique Cere-Field and Ava Field.

Donations may be made to the Big Sisters Association, Women in Crisis or the Sault Area Hospital Cancer Care Fund.
