He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wesley McCulligh and Bernice McCulligh; his wife Marilyn; his siblings, Norman (late Muriel) and Dougal (Shirley); his children, Arthur James McCulligh (Wanda), Tracy Bailey (Mike), Karen Buchanan (Kirby) and Jo-Ann Bray (Mike); his grandchildren, Sydney Burton, Mitchell Scott Bailey (Kelsey), Sharlotte, William (Lexi), Katherine Buchanan (Sheldon), Curtis (Aileen), Austin Moir, Wyatt, Matthew and Hayley-Rose Bray; and his great grandchildren, Everett Gee and Kingsley Bailey.
