Rose Leda Cooper Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Leda Cooper (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario), who passed away on March 20, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Marcel Dubord Sr., Roger Brulotte and Peter Cooper; her parents, Thomas Rioux and Marguerite Rioux; her siblings, Maurice Rioux and Madeline Spizawka; her children, Roxanne (Brian) and Marcel Jr.; and her grandson Mark Desmoulin.
She is survived by: her children, Marguerite (Alban), Rita (Marc) and Deny (Christina); her grandchildren, Cynthia (Adam), Julian (Jessica), Jasmine (Tyler), Faith (Davis), Leah (Cameron), Amanda, Jennifer, Madyson, Ashley and Lauren; and her friend Sandra Mackenzie. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers you may make memorial donations (made payable by cheque or online) to the Alzheimer's Society, Canadian Cancer Society, or the Canadian Mental Health Association would be greatly appreciated by the family.
