He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugo Toffoli and Angelina Toffoli; his sibling Carmel Huntley; his sibling-in-law Lee Huntley; his father-in-law Arthur; and his brother-in-law David Rice (Janice).

He is survived by: his wife Judy Toffoli; his children, Robbie Toffoli (Karen), Craig Toffoli (Tricia) and Carmel Thomlinson (Tim); his grandchildren, Ryan, Joshua, Kyle Toffoli, Meadow, Makenna, Mahlia Toffoli, Tyler and Brooklyn Thomlinson; and his siblings-in-law, Espeth Belair (late Ray), June Linley (late Lyle) and Colleen Rice.
