He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Margaret "Peggy" Strum and Ernest Leonard Strum; his wife Melissa McLean; his children, Rhonda Strum, Jenna and Raven McLean; his grandchildren, Hailey and Owen; his siblings, Edward Strum (Krista), Leonard Strum (Janet), Garnet Strum (Edna), Peggy McDonald (late Marshall), Carol Rickard (Philip), Mary Lou Belisle (Dan), Barbara Strum (David Bernie) and Darrell Strum (Julie); his parents-in-law, Lily "Hopp" and Peter; and his siblings-in-law, Steve and Jody. He was also cherished by Uncle pumpkin to many nieces and nephews.
