He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Kinghorn and Margaret Kinghorn; his sister Laurie McPhail; and his wife Vaike Kinghorn. He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Kinghorn; his son-in-law Mik Patton; his siblings, Anne Wood and John; and his sister-in-law Grace Kinghorn. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, and his many friends.
