It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Keith Congdon (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario), who passed away on February 27, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph and Winifred. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Spencer and Jenna; and his mother-in-law MaryAnn McComiskey. He is also survived by his extended family and close friends.
