He is survived by: his children, April Cooke (Dave) and Andrea Salamy (Russell); his grandchildren, Sabrina, David, Garrett and Jack; his father Albert Hayes; and his siblings, William Hayes and Linda Hayes. He is also survived by 3 nieces, 3 nephews and 3 great-nieces.
