He was predeceased by: his parents, George Roy and Retta Roy. He is survived by: his daughter Sofia; his siblings, Retta Jean Rushworth (Fred), Randy Roy (Vicky), Ruth Hyndman (Mike), Ron Roy (Joy) and Rick Roy (Maryse); his nieces and nephews, Erin, Maggie, Alyssa, Brandy, Ashley and Randy Jr.; and also Monika.

Memorial donations in Rob's name may be made to the Sault Area Hospital Cancer Care Fund.
