He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Metcalfe and Pearl Metcalfe; his sisters, Alice Hanes (late Ferman), Annie Page (late Rudolph) and Dorothy Williams; and his brother-in-law Ken Coyne (late Pauline).
He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Richard, Chris and Andrew (Darrell Czop); his grandchildren, Ellie, Jack, Jae, Taylor and Violet; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Cameron (Jim).
