He is survived by: his siblings, Teresa Parish (Victor) and Christopher Rickard; his stepsiblings, Alex (Michele), Bruce (Janice), Grant (Marianne) and Christine (Richard); and his niece Nicole. He is also survived by many extended family members and close friends.
