He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmond Arbour and Anna Arbour; and his sisters, Marie Edmunds and Julie Halkett. He is survived by: his spouse Mitch; his children, David (Karen), Jamie, Anna-Marie and Bill (Michele); his grandchildren, Alysha, Sara, Aleigha, Ben and Katie; and his siblings, Rita Hollenbeck, Eva Benson, Jos Arbour, John Arbour, Leonel Arbour (Claudette), Paul Arbour (Pauline) and Tom Arbour.

Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
