She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Symboluk and Ann Symboluk; her sibling Lilliann Glemnitz (late George); and her siblings-in-law, Helen Evanovich (late George) and Roger Mihailiuk (Joan).
She is survived by: her son Jason (Jennifer); her brother Harry (Linda); her nephews, Travis and Trevor; her siblings-in-law, Peggy Sarchuck (Leo) and Nick Mihailiuk (Marsha); and her husband Jerry.
Being the huge cat lover that Phyllis was, memorial donations to the Humane Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
