He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Martha Hooper (Bill), Dolena Hatton, Allison Gamble (Todd), Adam Hatton, Katie Hatton (J. J.) and Andrew Hatton (Tonya); his grandchildren, Brian, Jeremy, Farrah, Autumn, Parker, Emerson, Oliver, Kaleb, Blake, Quinn and Easton; and his siblings, Paul Hatton (Louise), Mardi Nevitt, Cathy Hatton and Vicary. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews and friends.
