He was predeceased by: his siblings, Aldo Bombardelli, Bruno Bombardelli and Luigia Bombardelli. He is survived by: his siblings, Francesca Bombardelli, Elisa Bombardelli Masetta (Franco), Ines Bombardelli Furter (Walter), Carla Bombardelli, Ernesta Bombardelli and Ernesto Bombardelli; his nephew Leonardo Lattisi; and his friends, Bruno Rudolph, Dieter Von Richter, Daniella Martin Hoffmann and Bryan Dumanski.

Donations may be made to St. Vincent's Place or The Soup Kitchen in his honour.
