We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2021, Patti-Lyn Elizabeth Smith (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Laura Wallace; and her sister Charlotte Smith (Steve Lysohirka). She is survived by: her father William Wallace (late Jean); her close friend Brendan Corrigan; her brother Jason Smith; her stepsiblings, Jackie Slawson, Gerry Blake, Dwayne Sweezey (Dawn), Romona Waye, Cheryl Sweezey (Duane) and Waide Sweezey (Carol); her nieces and nephews, Kyle Bisier (Alyshia), Oliver Smith and Winston Smith; her great-nephew Owen; her great-niece Vada Bisier; and her sister-in-law Kathleen Dunn. She is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles and cousins.

Due to the ongoing pandemic a private family service will be held.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations to ARCH or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
