With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patrick Michael Poluck (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario), who passed away on March 13, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Eleanor "Jody"; his children, Christopher (Denise), Anthony (Julie) and Donna-Day Severini (Sandy); his grandchildren, Michael Severini (Judy), Jordan Severini (Lauren), Carly Gribelli (Kyle), Erica McKee (Josh) and Alison Poluck (Riley); his great grandchildren, Devon, Felicity Severini and Violet Gribelli; and his cousins, Kenny Morrar, Billy Semeniuk and Amelia Deplonty.
