She was predeceased by: her husband William Phillips; her children, Patti (Mike), Paula (Rick), Jack (late Darleen) and Mike (Diane); her parents, Henry Woods and Molly Woods; and her sisters, Kitty (Bill), Theresa (Frank) and Mary (late Bob).

She is survived by: her children, Bill (Sylvia), Danny (Manuela) and Betty Jo; her grandchildren, Phillip, Sara, Chris, Kylie, Trish, Ken, Jarrett, Madison, Paige and Cody; and her sisters, Colleen (late Jack), Barb (late Gus) and Sharon (late Bob). She is also survived by many great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Sault Area Hospital Foundation Cancer Care Fund (payable online or by cheque).
