He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Beer; his grandson Daniel Marier; and his siblings, David Beer (late Doris), Hugh Beer (late Ruby) and Rosemary Beer.
He is survived by: his children, Barb Marier (Ray), Jill Mullin (Tim) and Steve Beer (Jen); his grandchildren, Matthew Marier (Jenny), Adam Marier (Kim), Kate Rosenthal (Joe) and Derek Mullin (Kathryn); and his great grandchildren, Connor, Noel, Logan, Cassie, Macy, Makenna, Benson and Bo.
