He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Jones and Adeline Jones (Zack); his son Aaron; his siblings, Martina Buller (late Gordie), Stephen (Helena), Theresa (late Clarence), Sidney (late Eileen "Lala") and Brian (late Dorothy); his parents-in-law, Lawrence and Irene Boissoneau (Whalen); and his siblings-in-law, Barb Roach (late James), John (late Jean), Stella Sewell (late John), Earl (late Marilyn), Larry (late Catherine), Albert (late Donna), Andy, Joyce Howard, Edward (Elvina), Fred (late Maureen) and Gerald.
He is survived by: his former spouse Skip; his children, Greg, Alanna (Steve), Marion (late Nick), Mona (Jeanette), Corinne (Fehmeel), Joseph, Neil (Tracey), Don (Zelda), Joanne and Travis (Erica); his grandchildren, Emily, Kai, Cameron, Sarah, Aaron (Riley), Nicholas, Stephanie (Noah), Chris (Becca), Amy, Don, Jasyn, Felicity, Annah, Megan (Cameron), David (Moirah), Annelind, Adrienne, Erin, Joshua, Alyssa (Keiran), Olivia, Averi, Joseph, Brooke, Nemki, Cedar, Mara and Gemma; his siblings, Dennis (late Evelyn), Joseph, Caroline Barry (Randy) and Verna Sewell (Doug); his siblings-in-law, Linda and Gordie Favourite (Anna); and his wife Carol.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Garden River Community Centre. A funeral service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations (made payable by cheque or online) to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Diabetes Canada would be greatly appreciated by the family.
