He was predeceased by: his parents, Domenico Scopacasa and Orsala Scopacasa; his siblings, Tino Scopacasa (late Rose), Maria Giuliano (late Tony), Brunina Lombardo (Vincenzo) and Gina Costa (Charlie); and his siblings-in-law, Deryl Biron (Valerie) and Chris Biron (Lyn).

He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Steve McQueen (Katya), Rhonda Piffero (Marc), Mark McQueen (Diane) and Dominic Scopacasa (Kirsten); his grandchildren, Ruby, Jacob McQueen, Alyshia Bisier (Kyle), Makenzie Clark (Spencer), Isabella and Nicola Scopacasa; his great grandchildren, Owen and Vada Bisier; and his niece Teresa Gavin (Jeff).
