With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nicholas David William Lay (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario), who passed away on September 20, 2024 at the age of 43. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his pets, Kojo, Gilbert (Gilly) and Bella. He is survived by: his parents, Sandra Lay and David Lay; his significant other Theresa Barone; his brothers, Ron (Sarah) and Chris; his nephews, Colton (Cam) and David; and his niece Emma. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations (made payable by cheque or online) to the Sault Area Hospital Foundation or a charity of choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
