Mercedes Philomena Aquilina Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mercedes Philomena Aquilina (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 17, 2024 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Alfred; her sons, Christopher Mercer (Kelly), Benjamin Mercer (Christina Villeneuve), Vincent Aquilina (Holly Cunningham) and Dominic Aquilina (Christina Ajithkumar); her grandchildren, William Mercer, Cole, Samantha, Kate, Addison Mercer and Lyra Aquilina; her siblings, Vince McCarthy (Marina), Terry McCleavy (Anthony), Mary Mandville (Leonard), Anna Powell, Jamie McCarthy (Kathryn), Joseph McCarthy, Agnes McCarthy, Steven McCarthy and Peter McCarthy; and her sister-in-law Pauline Spencer (Greg). She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
