He is survived by: his parents, Marc Aceti (Amy) and Sandra Miceli (Dave); his brothers, Marc and Owen; his grandmothers, Gina Aceti (late Gino) and Maria Miceli (late Luigi); his stepgrandparent Mauricette Sist (late Rene); his aunts and uncles, Sue (Carlo Medaglia), Terry (Lina Aceti), Marisa (Dominic Nicoletta), Tina (Carmen Felice), Sam (Lisa Aceti), Rita Miceli (Mark Conway), Frank (Donna Miceli) and Phil Sist; and his caregivers, Jeff, Mackenna and Mackenzie. He is also survived by his cousins, his caregivers and friends.

Memorial donations to the Sick Kids Foundation, Ronald McDonald House or the Twinkie Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
