She is survived by: her spouse Doug Leavens; her children, Tammy Prosser (John Skalko), Darrell Schmeckpeper (Jennifer) and Juanita Macguigan; her grandchildren, Gavin (Andrea Anich), Bailey, Tayanna Prosser, Zachary, Zoe and Aubrie Schmeckpeper; her siblings, Darrell (Linda) and Arnold (Suzie); and also Susan Collar (Dale). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and extended family.

Memorial donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society or The Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
