We are sad to announce that on August 24, 2021, Margaret Saarela (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario), born in Carleton Place, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Holt and Iva Holt; and her brother John Holt. She is survived by: her husband Gunther; her son Greg (Shaun); and her stepgrandson Nathan. She is also survived by friends and leaves behind Sandy, her canine companion.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Soup Kitchen or Women in Crisis would be greatly appreciated.
