She was predeceased by: her spouse Jim; and her parent Andrew Frolick. She is survived by: her children, Les (Jennifer), Larry (Janice) and Steve (Patti); her parent Ivy Frolick; and her siblings, Shirley Horner (Reg) and Ernie Frolick (late Cherie).
