She was predeceased by: her husband Pietro; her grandson John Roberts; her parents, Giovannina Catalano and Francesco Pisano; and her siblings-in-law, Giovanni Foglia (late Maria), Antonio Foglia (Angelina), Maria Mangone (late Salvatore), Guisepina Iaconis (late Luigi), Rosetta Carchidi (Francesco), Carmen Foglia (Antonietta) and Isabella Succurro (late Vittorio).
She is survived by: her children, Maria Fera (Michael), Jo-Anna Friyia (Dan), Sam Foglia (Laura Lee), Franca Roberts and Pina Avati (Tony); her grandchildren, Anna-Luisa Gillespie (Greg), Peter Foglia (Shawlee), Daniel Friyia (Steffi), Toni-Marie Streicher (Collin), Nathan Foglia (Megan), Samantha Friyia, Sarah Fewchuk (Brent), Michael Avati (Alyssa), Joey Roberts (Karly), Emily Roberts and Steven Avati (Sara); her great grandchildren, Michael, Stella, Maria, Bruce, Anthony, Betty and Grace; her sisters, Amelia, Anna, Maria (Luigi) and Rosetta (Giuseppe); and her sisters-in-law, Terasina and Angelina Foglia. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations to Alzheimer Society of Sault Ste. Marie would be greatly appreciated by the family.
