With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Luigina Bernardo (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario), who passed away on June 4, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Vincenzo Bernardo; her siblings, Vincenzo Febbraro (Rosa), Vittorio Febbraro (Filomena), Emilia Barone (Alberto) and Rosario Pirillo (Giovanni); and her sisters-in-law, Luisa Nicoletti (Nicola) and Carmela Zimbaro (late Bruno).
She is survived by: her children, Emilio, Louise Maxwell (Brian), Theresa Muto (Dennis Turmaine) and Mary Rodenhurst (Mel Vetero); her grandchildren, Vincent Bernardo, Ronald Chilelli (Virginia), Shelley Nadeau (Mark), Corey Bernardo (Eduarda), Olen Bernardo, Marc Muto (Elisa), Michael Muto (Lori), Brian Maxwell (Patricia), Brandon Rodenhurst (Kristina) and Cassandra Rodenhurst (Scott); her great grandchildren, Mikhal Muto, Carmen Muto, Nico Bernardo, Xander Bernardo and Eleanor Rodenhurst; her brothers-in-law, Eugenio Bernardo (late Carmela) and Francesco Bernardo (late Mattalina); and her close friend Teresina Muto. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the SAH Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
