He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rose Meraglia Caicco; his children, Louise Caicco Tett (Deron) and Lorrie-Ann Watts; his granddaughters, Jacqueline Tett, Jessica Tett (Steven Saccucci) and Jasmine Yue Watts; his parents, Antonio Caicco and Luisa Caputo of Cleto; his siblings, Angelo Caicco (Isolina Tosolini), Filomena Caicco (late Francesco Meraglia) and Maria Caicco (late Arnaldo Longo); and his siblings-in-law, Gennaro Meraglia "Jimmy" (Gloria) and Yolanda Pasiak (Bill).

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6A5K7). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Gregory's Church.
