He is survived by: his spouse Susan; his children, Teri Ann Barlow of Washington State and William John "Billy" Barlow of Sault Ste; his siblings, Annis McMullin (Alan) of Desbarats, Janet Boice (late Phillip) of Big Valley, AB, Frank Barlow (Sharon) of Calgary, AB and Joy Barlow of Red Deer, AB; his siblings-in-law, Donna Loxton (Gerald) of Sault Ste, Marie Batt and Diane Batt (Fred) of Ancaster, ON.; his parent Violet Doreen Barlow; and his parent-in-law Dorothy Linington. He is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews and extended family and friends.
