She was predeceased by: her husband Chuck; her son Mark (Debbie); her parents, William Gowans and Jane Gowans; her brother Rod Gowans (Ann); her parents-in-law, Peter and Viola Lajoie; and her siblings-in-law, Leo (late Delores), Roland (late Barbara), Albert (Bea), Aimee (Roberta) and Cathy Clement (late Rheal).
She is survived by: her sons, Ken (Margaret), James (Kathy) and Jeffrey (Jackie); her grandchildren, Nicole, Abby, Andrew, Katelyn, Steven, Mathew, Jordan, Justin and Jillian; her great grandchildren, Bryce, Nathan, Emma, Hanna, Noah, Charlie, Mason, Cash and Phoenix; her siblings, Bill Gowans (Rita), Robert Gowans (Marlene) and Marie Lehtonen (late Jim); and her sister-in-law Cecile Buffone (Joe). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
