He was predeceased by: his parents, Giovanni Spadafore and Assunta Spadafore; his brother Joe Spadafore (late Roberta); his parents-in-law, Lionel and Vrena Roy; and his siblings-in-law, Ernie Sr., Phil Roy, Donna Sharpe and Skip Roy.
He is survived by: his wife Dianne; his children, Anna Lapensee (late Robert), Richard Spadafore and Theresa Nelson; his grandchildren, Jasmine Spadafore, Travis Nelson (Anna), Taylor Nelson and Jocelyn Adam (Justin); his close friends, Brenda Wierzbicki (late Bob), Rob Sullivan, Brian Morrar, Dave Shunock and Ralph Cauduro; and his friend Bay. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
